Some patients do not require preliminary tissue expansion before receiving an implant. For these women, the surgeon will proceed with inserting an implant as the first step.
Incision lines usually goes in older scars. Breast reconstruction is performed with a general anaesthesia, so you'll sleep through the entire operation. After surgery overnight nursing facility is required.
